Stainless steel welded pipe is a crucial component in various industries, known for its durability, corrosion resistance, and versatility. This type of pipe is manufactured by welding together two or more pieces of stainless steel, creating a strong and seamless connection. Unlike its counterpart, the seamless pipe, welded pipe offers unique advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness and dimensional consistency.

Austenitic stainless steels have diverse applications due to their combination of good high-temperature creep strength and oxidation resistance. The reactive elements of Cr, Ni and Si contribute significantly to enhancing the oxidation resistance of austenitic stainless steels.
310 Stainless Steel alloy provides good malleability and weld-ability with superb high temperature properties. Because of these superb high temperature properties, 310 stainless steel alloy is often used in furnace parts, oil burner parts, carburizing boxes, heat treatment baskets and jigs, heat exchangers and welding filler wire and electrodes. Even though it is not typically used in cryogenic environments, it remains exceedingly tough in cryogenic temperatures. Stainless steel grade 310 provides excellent resistance to corrosion because of its high chromium content.
