6.What is the 2507 Dulpex stainless steel 's characters?
--For the industries, the 2507 duplex steels have attracted great attention due to their lower price, higher strength as well as better corrosion resistance than the traditional AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel. Recently, these steel grades are being increasingly employed in chemical, petro-chemical, nuclear, and energy application fields. These stainless steel grades can be processed by different routes, casting, forging, extrusion, or rolling. Such forming operations are usually performed at high temperature, at least in the earlier manufacturing stages.
The chemical composition of 2507 duplex stainless steel is listed: 0.032 mass% C, 0.837 mass% Mn, 0.481 mass% Si, 0.025 mass% P , 0.002 mass% S, 25.367 mass% Cr, 6.152 mass% Ni, 3.589 mass% Mo , 0.290 mass% N, 0.439 mass% Cu, balance mass% Fe.
